I asked for your email so that I may let you know that the SmartPark JFK service we received yesterday was outstanding.
We were picked up in less than 10 minutes, and after such a long flight this was great. We have used other services prior, and had to wait in excess of 1 hour. Our driver was professional, courteous, and very personable! The female counterperson helped us and she was also very pleasant!
I would also like to mention that the gentleman that checked us in when we first arrived was also very helpful. I thought you may want to know that we intend to use your service again.

Hello,
I wanted to let you know that we really appreciated the service we received from several of your employees. My family took your JFK shuttle back from JFK last evening after a long flight. My daughter left her Droid on the shuttle and when I called today I was told that it had been found by a SmartPark JFK member and turned in to the front desk. Needless to say, we were very relieved. The female counterperson arranged to ship it to us. She also looked up our information when I was unable to find the ticket last night when we returned. SmartPark JFK shuttle driver came to pick us up within 10 minutes and assisted with our luggage. There was also another very nice young lady that gave us directions.
I work in a service industry and know the importance of customer service. You all
are doing it right!

Dear Mr. Diego Ullauri,
I am writing this letter to express my deepest gratitude for the service I received at Smart Park, particularly from the SmartPark JFK receptionist and driver.
On 5/28/11 I had to travel via international airline and park my car at SmartParkJFK service. On my way to the parking I had a trouble with GPS and took a long way to get there. I was really late for the parking and flight registration although I still cannot find SmartParkJFK. I called the female counterperson and explained to her my problem. She was very nice; she calmed me down and stayed with me on the phone navigating me to the place. As soon as I get to the parking place there was a driver waiting for me. In a blink of an eye he drove me to the JFK helping me with the luggage. On my way back I was very fortunate that the same driver was picking me up from the airport. He came very quickly after I called and helped with my entire luggage.
I deeply believe that the professionals at SmartPark JFK have to be appreciated for their great service.

Our experience with JFK Longterm Parking was terrible! On departure, we were rushed into a van for a breakneck ride to the airport. We heard the dispatcher alerting the driver to pick-ups he had at the airport, but the driver said he couldn’t do them. That should have been a hint of things to come. On our return to JFK, we called JFK Longterm Parking to arrange for a shuttle to the lot to pick up our car. We dutifully went to the location they told us, but no van arrived. After 15 minutes, we called again and were told to go to a different place. We navigated to that part of the terminal, waited 15 minutes, and called again. We were told to go back to the original place. So, back we went. After 15 minutes, we called again. We were told we were in the right place. After another 10 minutes, we spotted the van driving off in the distance, not attempting to stop at the designated place. We ultimately took a taxi to the lot and picked up our car. The management was not at all concerned about the situation — said it was our fault for not being in the right place and took no responsibility for the conflicting directions about where to meet the van. NEVER will we use or recommend this service again.
